The Molter Family Foundation was formed to foster academic and career growth of our family members. Our primary goal is to give back to our family through guidance, building on family networks of skills, knowledge, experience, and a shared interest in the success of our current and future generations. The leadership of the board will engage capable and skilled family members to participate as supporting members of the foundation and carry this vision forward.

Our mission is to deliver a personalized career guidance and mentorship program, connecting Molter family members with industry professionals, educational opportunities, and practical tools.
Molter Family Foundation Scholarship Program
Family members are required to satisfy the criteria that applies to them in the Molter Family Foundation Career Preparation Program. This includes a required meeting with Don Molter and the parent and/or student to discuss a planned approach to advanced education and/or career development. The following activities that apply to the individual are required to satisfy the eligibility application for the scholarship.
