WELCOME TO
Molter Family Foundation
The Molter Family Foundation was formed to foster academic and career growth of our family members. Our primary goal is to give back to our family through guidance, building on family networks of skills, knowledge, experience, and a shared interest in the success of our current and future generations. In addition to an applicant’s personal attention, there are three nonfinancial, need-based scholarship opportunities for traditional and non-traditional students. The leadership of the board will engage capable and skilled family members to participate as supporting members of the foundation and carry this vision forward.

Vision
Our foundation is committed to establishing a structured, sustainable program that offers career guidance, counseling, and mentoring. This support network aims to reinforce a strong work ethic and encourage continuous personal growth. Additionally, there will be scholarship opportunities for eligible family members to support their vocational or academic aspirations.
Mission
Our mission is to deliver a personalized career guidance and mentorship program, connecting Molter family members with industry professionals, educational opportunities, and practical tools. We strive to inspire confidence, build skills, and open pathways to fulfilling careers, ensuring that every person can pursue their desired career success.
Molter Family Foundation Program
Career counseling should be considered step one in the process to determine an applicant’s desired life direction. Career counseling can come from family members that have been or are currently in professional and technical careers. We hope to utilize family relationships to provide applicants with advice on education requirements, descriptions of what the day-to-day work life is like, and a vision of future opportunities in this profession so applicants can make a more well-informed decision on a career choice.
Our family has a broad range of professions and skills we can draw upon for guidance; something many of us wish we had available when we were making life decisions. Professions and fields include education and careers counselor, finance leaders, entrepreneurs, C-level leaders, skilled trades technicians (machinist, auto body, aviation tech), sales leaders, human resources managers, marketing, manufacturing, educators, product development and medical.
If you consider the Theory of 6 Degrees of separation and the size of our family, we very likely know someone in a career a candidate is considering. Please utilize this very valuable source of career information.
