Legal Structure of the Molter Family Foundation
The Molter Family Foundation is a formed Revocable Trust through Taft Law Firm in Indianapolis, with attorney Aaron Snellenbarger as acting trustee. The foundation’s operational budget is funded solely from donations. Donations to the Molter Family Foundation ARE NOT tax deductible.
